For more than a decade we’ve combined our disciplines, making change that works and lasts. Nothing falls through the gaps because we own the whole outcome.

ABOUT OTB

THE HARDEST
CHALLENGES HOLD
THE GREATEST
POTENTIAL

WHAT INSPIRES US

We’re drawn to find solutions. The hardest challenges hold the greatest potential and with the right design, partnership and discipline, we find a path forward. We turn knowledge into action guided by integrity, accountable for the outcome. We thrive in transition, building solutions that hold under pressure, leaving things stronger than we found them, and move with our clients, not ahead of them. That spirit of designing for the weight of reality shapes everything we do.

The Mandate: Grow with us, or outgrow us (Part 2)

Discover how trust, shared ownership and liberation can turn constant change into a culture where people keep growing. The Shift Part 2 made the case for liberation management as a leadership mandate. Part 3 takes it into the machinery of organisations actually living through constant change. More than thirty years ago, William Bridges mapped the emotional journey people go through when
